When Bret Fleager started B&B Complex and Scales seven years ago, it was the start of a new chapter in his life. After 18 years as a tugboat captain on the Colombia River, he was ready for a new challenge. For the next phase, he moved from river to land— completing building projects in the area. Bret’s first renters asked him to be their contractor for truck scales, and, as they say, the rest is history.

Bret found his passion in helping businesses with their weighing needs, and his reputation, honesty, and work ethic have grown his company exponentially over the past seven years. He’s a certified weigh technician with a contractor’s license in Oregon and Washington, and the state of Washington has certified all of his equipment.
